Shipping your order 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. We’ll send your order out within 1 business day, and our delivery partners should be handing you your BINIBINI order within 5-7 business days.

Currently, we only ship to the U.S. and UK. Sign up for our mailing list to be notified when we expand to new countries and regions.

Returns and exchanges

We’re happy to take your order back for a full refund within 14 days of delivery or swap it for something that’s more your style. Handbags must be clean and unused, with all original tags and labels attached. All returns must be in perfect condition, and come with their original packaging:

After we receive your return, your refund will be credited to your original payment method in 5 – 10 business days.
