Shipping your order 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. We’ll send your order out within 1 business day, and our delivery partners should be handing you your BINIBINI order within 5-7 business days.

Currently, we are unable to ship outside the United States. Sign up to our mailing list for notifications on when we’ll be shipping to new countries and territories. 

Returns and exchanges

We’re happy to take your order back for a full refund within 14 days of delivery or swap it for something that’s more your style. Handbags must be clean and unused, with all original tags and labels attached. Please ensure you repack your handbag inside its dust-bag. 

To return or exchange an order, get in touch via email at customercare@binibininewyork.com quoting your order number.

After we receive your return, your refund will be credited to your original payment method in 5 – 10 business days.
